Our practice is constantly investing in new technology, medical equipment and facilities. Unlike human hospitals; veterinary hospitals are built, equipped and staffed entirely by the owner veterinarian(s). Our commitment to excellence in patient care necessitates cash and at the same time precludes the practice's ability to provide in-house financing. Therefore, payment is expected at the time of service.
Payment can be made with cash, check or credit card. For those clients who cannot be present when services are provided, we will maintain secure credit card authorization that can be processed and a receipt conveniently sent by fax, regular mail, or email. If one of these options is not feasible, we have made arrangement with Wells Fargo Financial for short term, no interest financing. You may apply for and receive 90-day-same-as-cash financing within minutes by completing a short application form.
Our goal is to provide "state of the art" veterinary care for your horses. This credit policy allows us to minimize outstanding cash that in turn is invested in hospital facilities, equipment and training. With your help and cooperation we will continue to make equine care in western Montana equal to that available anywhere.
